COACHING: Brian Brown begins his fifth season as Annapolis’ head coach. The Panthers struggled to to a 2-8 finish in 2007 – Brown’s only losing season in four years. His career record stands at 22-18.

OFFENSE: Normally in the middle of the pack, Annapolis struggled last year, ending the season on a six-game losing streak. The offense, which averaged only 11.2 points per game, was a big part of that.
