| | Coast Guard makes rescue in bay accident

Natural Resources Police are investigating a serious crash on the water Sunday when a 40-foot boat collided with a 19-foot boat near Tolley Point. One man had to be flown to the hospital with an injured hand and arm. A boater from the Tiger Stripe, a 40-foot pleasure craft, called for help at about 1:30 p.m. The person reported that the boat was involved in an accident with a 19-foot pleasure craft at the southern point of the mouth of the Severn River.
