As high school football practices officially get underway today, one of Arundel High School's player's shoulder pads may appear to be a little lighter. Alec Lemon, a rising senior wide receiver, made his college decision late Thursday night, giving a verbal commitment to play at Syracuse University. "It feels great right now," Lemon said. "It just shows how much work I've done over the summer and the past few years." Lemon, a 6-foot 2-inch, 180-pound star, played a big role in Arundel's run to the 4A state title game last year.
