Engagements Toskov, West Vanessa and Marc Morton and Tony and Kim Toskov, all of Pasadena, announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Lynn Toskov, to Johnathan Ryan West, the son of John and Martha West of Harrisburg, Pa. The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Northeast High School. She is studying for her master's degree in dental science at West Virginia University. The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Cypress Fairbanks High School in Cypress, Texas. He is finishing his degree in athletic coaching at West Virginia University. The couple is planning a July wedding. Bolton, Nguyen Virginia Bolton, the daughter of Tom and Mary Bolton of Glen Burnie, and Scott Nguyen, the son of Diep and Brenda Nguyen of Spelter, W.Va., announce their engagement. The bride-elect graduated from Glen Burnie High School. She is an executive assistant for a private company in Beltsville. The prospective groom also graduated from Glen Burnie High School and is employed as a tradesman. The couple is planning a July wedding.
