The suspects are both black men around 5 feet 10 inches tall. One was wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt with yellow stripes, and the other had a shaved head and was wearing a dark T-shirt. No arrests have been made.

Police said a man was waiting in the parking lot just before midnight when he was approached by the robber, who asked him for cash. The victim said he had no cash, and the other man assaulted him and took his wallet and keys before running toward the apartments behind the gas station.

BWI AIRPORT

Leak forces inspection

Southwest Airlines Flight 3846 from Buffalo to Baltimore with 121 people aboard experienced a leak of hydraulic fluid that caused its brakes to smoke Wednesday.

There was no fire and the plane was taken out of service for inspection as a precaution, said Christi Day, a spokesman for Southwest.

County firefighters responded to BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport at 12:21 p.m. as a precautionary measure.

The plane was expected to be back in service following the inspection and any needed repairs, Ms. Day said.

Disabled vehicles

If you own a car phone, you can report a disabled vehicle by calling #77.

State police have a free 24-hour line available just for cellular phones to report disabled motorists and other non-emergency traffic problems.

Bell Atlantic Mobile and Cellular One, the two car-phone agencies in Maryland, created the line with state police and the State Highway Administration.

If the problem is an emergency, 911 remains the correct number to call. All #77 calls should be nonemergencies concerning traffic tie-ups, disabled automobiles or minor accidents that are blocking traffic.
